Please read our taxi booking terms carefully before making a reservation.
01.Toll tax, parking charges, and passenger tax will be borne by the passenger/party.
02.Advance payment is non-refundable in the event of cancellation of the booked vehicle.
03.Maximum average mileage is 300 km per day. If the vehicle covers less than the average, charges will still apply based on the daily average.
04.A vehicle booked at any time during the day will be charged as a second day after 12:00 midnight.
05.The party is solely responsible for their own goods and luggage carried in the vehicle. Ujjain Taxi Services will not be liable for any loss or damage.
06.The vehicle will not accommodate passengers beyond its seating capacity under any circumstances.
07.If the vehicle travels less than the agreed average kilometres, the party will still be charged according to the minimum average km rate.
08.The party will be responsible for any challan or penalty arising from incorrect road directions given by them to the driver.
09.Night charges are applicable based on conditions and situation. Night charges may range between ₹300 to ₹500 per night.
10.All additional government taxes and inter-state charges — including toll tax, inter-state tax, and similar levies — will be paid by the party.
